I’m Sarah, a STOTT PILATES® instructor with over 15 years of experience, a certified personal trainer, and currently completing my Master’s in Counselling.
My classes blend foundational technique with an intuitive, adaptable approach—because no two bodies, or even two days, are ever the same. Expect clear guidance, thoughtful progressions, and sessions that leave you feeling strong, capable, and maybe even a little surprised by what you can do.
